PRIVACY
Your account stays yours.
Last updated October 12, 2026. This notice describes the current BuckLens prototype, operated by BuckLens.
Comparison requests
Imported product data, exclusions, selected sorts and quantity corrections are sent over HTTPS to BuckLens for comparison. The application processes requests in memory without saving their contents or logging request bodies. Your tab keeps the snapshot for further comparisons; reloading or closing it clears that copy. Files you export remain on your device until you remove them. Exports contain collected product titles, prices, shipping amounts, quantity evidence, product links, exclusions, and batch counts; they do not include Amazon credentials or your delivery address. Treat prices and delivery as snapshots from the account that collected them. We do not create a shopper profile. The current site does not ask for an Amazon login, password, session cookie, payment details, or a BuckLens account.
Operational information
Our server and Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, and connection information. Server access logs are size-limited and rotate automatically. We have not installed advertising trackers or audience analytics in this prototype.
Searches
The homepage sends the search you enter to BuckLens to prepare an Amazon link. Search terms appear in the request URL and may be included in the technical access logs described above. We do not use them to build a persistent shopper profile or retrieve your activity on other websites. Clicking the resulting link sends your search to Amazon.
Amazon links
When you click an affiliate link, Amazon receives the request and our affiliate identifier. Amazon may use cookies or other technologies to attribute qualifying purchases and operates under its own privacy notice. BuckLens does not receive your Amazon password or full account history from these links.
Changes
We will update this notice as the site adds live data or other features. These practices describe today's prototype, not future integrations.
